You see, when you are feeling unhappy or gloomy you will find that you’re focusing on unhappiness and gloom, and what you focus on you get more of. In other words, if you continually focus on gloom you will get more gloom: you will feel worse and worse.

This is a common interview question that I am sure many have been asked when job hunting. The curious thing is that many of us do not give it a second or more serious thought in our daily lives. Isn’t that amazing? We haven’t caught onto the importance of that question.
