Manifesting your desires through your manifesting mindset can be done, when you know how. For years we have been exposed to self improvement and motivational instructions. For some, this has been highly effective, while for others this hasn’t. Why is that?

I believe that success comes to those who have the manifesting mindset.

What is the manifesting mindset?

It’s simply thinking in a way that is in harmony with the universe. The reason some people seem to get everything they want and are great at manifesting their desires and manifesting abundance is mainly due to their manifesting mindset.

If you have a subconscious belief that wealth is good and rich people are happy, then your mind will allow you to manifest that wealth. However, if you have subconscious beliefs that are negative towards the attainment of wealth, you will not attract wealth.

Do you know someone who had a successful business or made a lot of money, and then after a period of time, lost it all or in part?

Or if you have had some business success or other personal achievements and caught yourself say something like, “I’m so lucky”, or “I can’t believe I’m doing this”, and then had a turnaround in your ‘luck’ or your achievements?

Those are examples of subconscious thoughts and beliefs that are sabotaging your chances of maintaining your success; of manifesting your desires.

Another example of the manifesting mindset at work is trying to solve problems; manifesting mindset techniques teach you how to solve problems in your sleep.

It isn’t a new concept that if you focus too much on a problem with your conscious mind you will never find the best answer, but if you allow yourself to ‘sleep on it’, it will often come to you as an epiphany!

Then there’s daydreaming; how many great ideas have come to you when you relax your mind and allow your thoughts to wonder around the universe, and suddenly you realise that you have just solved a problem that has been bugging you for years?

Now that’s being in harmony with the universe.

Here’s one of my favourite thoughts: It’s about great inventions. Do people invent things, or just understand the powers of energy in the universe?

Remember these geniuses: Thomas Edison; light bulb, Alexander Graham Bell; telephone?

It was always possible to have a light bulb even before Edison understood how to make one! After he made one, it soon became one of the most common items in the world!

Now everyone uses the light bulb. Imagine trying to explain a light bulb and convince someone that it works before Edison made one.

The same is true with the manifesting mindset; we are only now beginning to understand and harness the energy that makes up our universe, and while there is undoubtedly much more for us to learn, one thing is for sure: knowledge is power and understanding the manifesting mindset will allow you to achieve all that you truly deserve: manifesting your desires.

How to stay stress free is fast becoming the biggest health problem in modern societies. Financial pressures, work pressures, family pressures – so much to do so little time to do it all!

Here’s five quick ways to ease the pressure and relieve stress:

1. Make time to switch off from the daily trials and tribulations and relax for at least one hour every day. Just shut the world out and do something you enjoy. Reading, playing a musical instrument, taking a relaxing bath with music and candles are all great ways to unwind and will be extremely beneficial to your mental health.

2. If you’re dealing with a stressful situation and you have a lot on your plate, then it can be hard to find solutions. You’re caught up in the midst of a sandstorm and it is very difficult to see the way out. How to stay stress can be achieved by distancing yourself from your problems so you can gather your thoughts.

If possible, take a day or even a weekend away from your usual surroundings, somewhere peaceful, and relax. Distance away from problems can bring clarity and by relaxing, you’ll be calmer, and solutions will come far easier than when you’re in the heat of battle.

3. One of the reasons people become stressed is because they are facing a change or even a number of changes to their lives. Change is a constant in life and refusing to accept change can cause stress levels to soar.

How to stay stress free need not be a huge challenge. When you are faced with a change, try to find the positives associated with change and embrace change instead of resisting it. Every change presents an opportunity for you to grow and there are always positives to find in even the most trying of circumstances. Change doesn’t bring stress, it’s all about how you react to change and if you react in a negative way, you will do yourself no end of harm.

4. There always seems to be an endless list of jobs that need doing: repairs around the home, paperwork, car maintenance, throwing out junk, cleaning the patio, weeding the garden – on and on and on! The more we put them off, the more the list grows and the more they contribute to your stress levels.

So how to stay stress free can be achieved by making a list of all of these chores and then schedule something I call a “Blitz Day”. On this day, you will rise early and spend the whole day sorting out each of these jobs. Take few breaks and only have a quick bite at lunchtime and just blitz through these irritating but necessary tasks.

This will get rid of them, you’ll lower the stress they cause but more importantly, you’ll realise just how effective and industrious you can be when you apply the full force of your will to accomplish things.

5. How to stay stress free can be a wonderfully enjoyable project, too. How? Treat yourself to a pamper day. This is a day where you escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday living and enjoy some stress-free time. You’ll also feel great and give your well-being a huge boost.

On this day, have a light workout, a swim, a sauna, a Jacuzzi, a steam room. A massage would be nice and if you have access to one, a Turkish bath will give you an invigorating experience. Try to do this at least once a month; it is an excellent stress reducer. Make your how to stay free day a fantastic day.

The 5 tips here on how to stay stress free will help you to significantly reduce your stress levels, but they’ll only work for you if you put them into action. Give them a go – you’ll be amazed at the results!
